Writing random things down.

Fair warning: you may find grammatical errors, half-baked takes, things I was wrong about the week after posting, and opinions I'll probably revise, or you may find some of it to be useful. Think of it as a journal - an engineering and beyond dump for thoughts that didn't fit anywhere else. If something here is wrong, I genuinely want to hear about it.
